HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

All return requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to sales@thelineanddot.com or by fax 323-923-5812. Items must have NOT been WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and have ALL tags attached.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on retail merchandise within 7 days of Confirmed delivery.

 
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR RETURNS?

Each authorized return has a handling fee of $5, which will be deducted from the item refund.

 
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been received, you will receive your refund via the same credit card used to make your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund has been processed. Processed refunds typically take between 5-7 days to be applied to your account.

Ground (5-7 days) - $8 flat rate shipping cost included in all orders during sale event.  3rd Day Select - 24.00 USD 2nd Day Air - 32.00 USD Next Day Air - 99.00 USD

These rates apply only to addresses within the United States. Deliveries are made by UPS from Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays.
